Here at Clairabow it's just me and I do my best to create high quality, fun, colourful products. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase please get in touch within 2 weeks of receiving your items and let me know about any issues. I will do my best to resolve them for you and if you wish to return your items they must be in their original packaging and a saleable condition.
Personalised items are NOT returnable unless they are damaged or faulty.
To receive a refund please email email@example.com for details of where to send your item. When I have your returned item and checked it I will send an email to let you know I have received it. If the refund is approved it will be processed and be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
You will be responsible for paying the returning shipping costs unless your item is deemed as damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable
