When will I receive my wedding stationery?
When you place an order with us you will receive an estimated delivery date for when you should receive your order. If you require your stationery sooner than 4 weeks from your order date an express charge will be added to your total.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery is made by Royal Mail Recorded delivery which will require a signature to confirm receipt of delivery. Delivery charges will be calculated depending on your order but do not exceed £20
Is there a minimum order?
No there is no minimum order you can order any number you would like.
Can my stationery be made in colours to match my wedding scheme?
We make every effort to match colours as closely as we can to your requirements. If you are unsure about the colour you require please contact us before ordering.
How do I pay for my order?
There are two payment methods. The first is by paypal where we will send you an invoice for the items you have ordered, the second is by cheque made payable to CLAIRE O’KEEFFE.
Can the wording on the items be changed?
Yes, most items come fully personalised. Please ask for further information.
When will you require the final payment of my items?
Final payment is required a few days before your items will be dispatched. Items will not be dispatched until payment is received.
